You're welcome! I love to promote resources that will help people live more deliberately and make the most of every opportunity they have. You are so right… "It's not just emotions, it's poor though patterns." A friend of my and I are discussing the idea of "funks" and why we get them and what we are to do with them, and I think that line plays it. "Funks" indicate a hiccup in our thought patterns. It's been a harder discussion than I would have orignally thought, but well worthwhile. Thanks for shedding more light on it for us.

You know what stuck out to me was the part about taking out emotions. So often, we have deep-seeded issues that stick their heads in these decisions. It's not just emotions, it's poor thought patterns. Getting those out of the way lets everything else flow smoothly.
