“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind in stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.” (Isaiah 26:3-4)
Focusing on God brings perfect peace. Not partial peace. Not peace just sometimes. Peace that is excellent and complete. Peace without flaw. Peace that exactly fits the needs of a person and situation and purpose. Peace without shortcoming or defect. Peace that is accurate, exact, and correct in every detail. Unqualified, absolute peace.
Trusting in God brings peace. Steady, solid peace that never runs out. As a young child relaxes completely into the arms of a father he fully trusts, so too can we find peace through our heavenly father.
